This one-day workshop is for leaders and teams who want to create workplaces where people feel safe, valued, and able to do their best work. We combine practical neuroscience with hands-on tools to help teams think and work better together. You’ll learn how the brain responds to stress, connection, and change—and how those responses shape communicationand collaboration. Through simple strategies and reflective exercises, we’ll explore mindset, emotional intelligence, and healthy team dynamics. You’ll practice tools for navigating conflict, reducing overwhelm, and building resilience, including shifting from the drama triangle to the empowerment dynamic, using the circle of control and influence, and applying techniques for co-regulation in tense moments. We’ll also introduce the Seven Circles of Wellness as a framework for holistic wellbeing. This workshop is designed to help you create a culture where people can think clearly, contribute fully, and thrive.
