Join Lea for yoga classes designed for busy professionals looking to slow down and reconnect with what matters most. My approach combines gentle Hatha, slow Vinyasa and pranayama (breathing) practices to create a grounding and accessible experiences for all levels.

Cultivate more ease, presence and clarity through guided meditations and moments of stillness.

My approach to yoga is slow, steady, and practical. We focus on simple movement and breathing techniques that support the calming of our nervous system. You are always invited to rest, modify, or move at your own pace.  My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, supported, and connected than when you arrived.

Lunchtime Slow Flow Yoga

  • Mondays: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  • Location: Simple North
  • Maximum: 6 participants

Investment: $18 per session
