3. No Guarantees
Coaching and consulting outcomes depend on many factors, including your engagement, follow-through, and external circumstances. Simple North does not guarantee specific results, financial outcomes, business performance, or personal transformation. The work is structured and strategic, but your implementation determines the impact.
4. Confidentiality
Conversations during coaching sessions are treated as confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed without your consent unless required by law. Email and digital communication cannot be guaranteed as fully secure. Please use discretion when sharing sensitive information electronically.
5. Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Payment is required prior to sessions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. Packages and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials shared through this website or within coaching engagements — including frameworks, worksheets, documents, and written content — remain the intellectual property of Simple North Coaching & Consulting. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
